Our goal is to simplify career and educational decisions with real-world advice from people who’ve ‘been there, done that.’
Get to Know Us
We’re Oisín Mallon and Oisín Walsh, two Commerce students who first met as freshers at University College Dublin.
Coming from rural backgrounds, we experienced first-hand how difficult it was to access the right guidance and carve out clear paths—first into university, and then into the professional world.
Throughout our years at university, as we moved closer to graduation, these challenges only grew more obvious.
That’s why we created StepAhead—to bridge that gap and help others find their way forward.
Our journey has taken us far beyond the lecture halls. After winning Red Bull Basement in Ireland, we were among 40 projects invited to Tokyo, and from there, selected as one of the top 10 from over 110,000 projects worldwide to pitch on the global stage.
It was an incredible moment, but more importantly, it reinforced our belief that no matter where you start, you can move forward with the right support. StepAhead is our way of passing that belief on to you.
